The theme for the 2011 Parade is “75 Years of Christmas Cheer – A Diamond Celebration.”  We want to celebrate 75 years of Christmas parades on Owensboro!  Seventy-five years is a milestone for any event and we want this to be the best yet.   Get those creative juices flowing as you design your floats.
