Each year the parade committee selects a theme for the parade. The theme is used to give the float builders a guideline of what the judges will be judging on. One of the judging criteria is a strong demonstration of the theme. The theme for this year\u2019s parade is \u201cIt’s Christmastime in the City<\/span>\u201d.<\/p>\n
