The date of the 2014 Owensboro Christmas Parade will be Saturday, November 22, 2014.
The theme for this year’s parade is “Christmas Miracles”.
Our downloads page includes a template you can print and write a letter to Santa. Santa’s helpers will collect the letters at the parade and get them to Santa himself. We also have a fun Christmas word search for kids that you can print out. Go to our downloads page by clicking Downloads

We are happy to announce Aaron Kizer as this year’s Honorary Grand Marshal. He is a speed painter from Owensboro known for completing potraits in just minutes. His painting is a performance that is fascinating to watch.
This year we are proud to announce that Owensboro’s very own Jenny Beth Willis has been named Grand Marshal. At just 18 years old, Jenny Beth recently made it to the Top 40 finalists for the 2013 season of the hit TV show American Idol out of the tens of thousands that auditioned. Jenny Beth tried out for the show over a period of four months, which included auditions in both Hollywood and Las Vegas. We are excited to announce we are now accepting applications for vendors who would like to be a part of this year’s 2013 Christmas Parade. Follow the link on the left side of the page to submit your application. Once your entry is submitted and payment received, you will receive notification of acceptance. Just because you apply and pay your fee, does not necessarily mean you will be a part of this year’s parade. If for some reason, your application is rejected and you are unable to participate your entry fee will be refunded in its entirety.
