**All vendors on the parade route MUST have submitted an application and paid vendor fee by the deadline, November 11th, 2026, in order to participate.** Please contact us at info@christmasparade.net with any questions.

Please complete this vendor application and print a copy for your records. Send the appropriate vendor application fee (per representative) to Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade Association, P.O. Box 702, Owensboro, KY 42302-0702. Clearly mark the name of your organization on your check.

Application deadline is November 11th, 2026. This year’s parade will be on Saturday, November 21st at 4:30pm.

Individual representatives will be required to pickup an identification badge on parade day, from parade officials at the corner of 2nd and Pearl; presentation of a photo ID is required to pickup your identification badge. The identification badge must be worn in plain site before and during the parade. All vendors not wearing a parade committee issued identification badge will be removed from the parade route by proper law enforcement personnel.

Payment must accompany vendor application. Use a copy of this application as your invoice.

Thank you for participating in the Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade! The parade association is not affiliated with any government agency and is staffed by a few volunteers that feel Owensboro should have a Christmas parade every year.

Now, before pressing the “Send” button, print two (2) copies of this application, one copy for your records. The application must be signed. Your payment and signed application must reach the committee by the deadline specified above. Include a signed copy of this application with your payment.
