Rolling Cart (per representative) – $100
Stand Alone Booth (Local) – $125
Stand Alone Booth (Out of Town) – $175
Please complete this vendor application and print a copy for your records. Send the appropriate entry application fee (per representative) to P.O. Box 702, Owensboro, KY 42302. Clearly mark on your check the name of your organization.
Application deadline is November 5, 2018 and will not be extended. This year’s parade will be on Saturday, November 17th at 4:30pm.
Individual representatives will be required to pickup an identification badge on parade day; presentation of a photo ID is required to pickup your identification badge. The identification badge must be worn in plain site before and during the parade. All vendors not wearing a parade committee issued identification badge will be removed from the parade route by proper law enforcement personnel.
Payment must accompany vendor application. Use a copy of this application as your invoice.
Thank you for participating in the Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade Association’s Parade. The parade association is not affiliated with any government agency and is staffed by a few volunteers that feel Owensboro should have a Christmas parade every year.
Now, before pressing the “Send” button, print two (2) copies of this application, one copy for your records. The application must be signed. Your payment and signed application must reach the committee by the deadline specified above. Include a signed copy of this application with your payment.
Pressing “Send” means you have read and understand all of the rules and regulations governing this parade. You also agree that everyone associated with your group, including drivers, are all familiar with the rules & regulations and they agree to abide by them.
