Many people believe that the city of Owensboro produces the annual Christmas parade; however, in reality the parade is produced by a small handful of dedicated individual volunteers that feel Owensboro and Daviess County should have a Christmas parade every year.
Your entry fee, vendor fee, and donation goes a long way to help pay for the parade; however, the fees cover only a portion of the costs.
